I am so pleased to say that my sister and I made it all the way from Atlanta, Georgia to Santa Monica, California. We drove across the country over seven days and could not be happier with how smoothly the trip went.
And just like that our road trip is complete! My sister and I have made it to Santa Monica and we could not be happier about how things went! The trip was an utter success and I am so happy to say that I have driven across America!

We are making a seven day drive to Los Angeles, California from our starting point in Atlanta, Georgia. Today is the end of day two and we are feeling great so far!
When I began planning my cross-country move to Los Angeles, packing was something that really stressed me out. I wanted to make sure that I had enough of the essentials that I wouldn't run out of things like underwear and t-shirts during the seven day drive, but I also needed to pack the rest of my clothes & moving boxes into the back of my car.
Whenever the weather starts warming up, I get into a very romantic and nostalgic mood. I start picturing picnic blankets, straw baskets, twirling vines, and all manner of floaty and feathery materials.
